    I've seen it a few times on the range. I don't think it would go though a standard die as the decapping pin would hit the inner shoulder, but not sure. I don't know if the reduced case capacity would be dangerous, but it's too much of an odd case for me to experiment with.
    If the case makes it though to the powder die I'd expect the powder to overfill and stand out to the reloader, especially if using a flaky power.

    actually ran 1-2 through my Lee sizer....

    Brought my attention to the different case

    that's how I discovered the issue...

    Now..I look for these Maxx brass & toss em away

    I and every other reloader I know throw those in the trash. Sizing them makes the case weak where the "shelf" is and they will separate at that point when fired. Dangerous.

    Interesting. Next time I see one I'll run it though and see how it does in my press - sounds like the pin will fit. I'll see how the powder fill looks and if my bullet seats any different then a regular case.
