The length of the foot is 4", the width is approximately 1", and the distance between the mounting bolts is 2.25"

Added the 8 new contoured Sherpa feet on my SnugTop Rebel and they are an absolutely perfect fit. Note the spacing in the feet as this is the best configuration to really shore up the ends of the rack from flexing...note it does require additional crossbars. I also added black oxide SS bolts that hold the two piece design together vs the raw SS that Sherpa sent me. I have black oxide SS M6 16mm bolts and washers coming from McMaster to replace the raw ones in the picture attaching the feet to the shell tracks :

Can anybody tell me what the Prinsu spacers are made of? I build a camper top rack out of the Smittybilt brackets and 80/20 a few months ago. I'd like to build the same type of rack for the cab but wasn't sure on the type of spacer I'd need. Any help is appreciated!

Are you running a Snugtop Rebel? If so, did you get flat or the contoured feet from Sherpa?

If the tracks on your shell have any angle on them. you are going to want the contoured ones. That is what I had to do on my snugtop rebel.

@Gat_ Running a Rebel and used the contoured. They fit perfect!

Though do note your question was already answered in the previous posted of mine that you quoted "Added the 8 new contoured Sherpa feet on my SnugTop Rebel and they are an absolutely perfect fit." o_O

    A whole lot
You can purchase a set of mounting feet with the rubber spacers that make a watertight seal with no silicone under components on the Sherpa website. Great place to start a DIY rack if interested.

What size bolts did you use to mount the feet to the tracks? Or does Sherpa include hardware when you purchase the feet/mounting base?.

What mounting plate did you use that fits the roof rail? Was it Anchor plate "A?" or "C".

@perkj I just got my set of Sherpa adjustable mounts in. What bolt did you use to mount them to the cross bars? Per the pictures you provide I wasn't sure if it was a nut or and M6.
