Yeah, I'm gonna bust out my foot roller thing out of the freezer after dinner I think...not sure if heat or ice is better but its already in the freezer so...

 

From the looks of your daily steps you need a bike at work

 

If you walk a lot, you should replace them every 6 months

 

Damn almost 17 miles. I don’t think I even went up and down my stairs 5 times today

 

I don't remember when I got these new balance shoes but I got two for one and they both don't help anymore. Probably only been 3 months

I used to have to replace/repair my work footwear every six months. Basically 4 pairs every year.

 

Yeah, I try to get them as soon as I can. Going to try a different brand this time

 

I think the shoes I'm wearing today are probably 2-3 years old. Holding up great!

Had a newer pair that I threw out after stepping in dog crap in the yard a few weeks ago that were in slightly better shape but I didnt feel like cleaning them. They had been needing to get thrown away for 6+ months. This pair should have been thrown away when I bought the pair I already threw out.

I have other shoes that are really in great shape and practically new but I wont wear them to work in Maners shop.

 

I remember the days I could wear shoes for years...not anymore. They all fall apart on me within months!

 

had a pair of boots mostly held together with shoe glue. Finally had to throw em out because there wasn't enough shoe glue

 

Or made up of more glue than shoe maybe lol

 

They were. Champs, but had to let em go

 

That's always a sad day...

 

It was. I loved those boots. Whenever there was rain they'd let all the water in

I want to get rid of these but if I wear my newer/nicer shoes to work in the shop they will not last very long. With my health and back I should really buy a better pair of shoes for the shop but I'm cheap and would rather spend my money on booze and ...

Yeah we'll go with food.

I can walk on damp ground in these shoes and my feet are wet. Doesnt even have to be puddles, comes right through the soles.
