Where’s this at? Local ‘Baman here. Highly recommend CR 600-1.

Been a while since I've been on. Visited family in Phoenix, Arizona last month. They took us up to Sedona for a day and we drove the Schnebly Hill Road, which apparently is a Jeep Badge of Honor trail. Didn't know that.
We got a late start, but we swapped out my mother-in-law, who would've hated the bumps, for my 7 year old niece who had a blast bouncing around the back seat.
It was a very bumpy trail, but not difficult to drive. I would say 4WD is optional as long as you have decent size tires and ground clearance and pick your lines. Kissed the front skid once, but I don't see any damage. Stock TRD Pro did great, even with all the local tourist jeeps zooming down past us.
It was absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to go back and do more trails.

As a side note, it has been officially 1 year and 5 days since I originally took ownership of this truck.
To put it simply, this is the best vehicle I have ever owned and I do not regret my purchase in the least. I'm at 22000 joyful miles. Quite a lot to put on in 1 year, and that's probably much less than if we didn't have this COVID situation. The Pro has been an excellent daily driver, grocery-getting, mall crawler, backroads explorer, forest service road runner, dusty desert trail crawler, and has never failed to make me smile when driving it. I am constantly complimented on the truck and the color. Almost every time I run to Lowe's, somebody asks me about the RTT. I've received thumbs up and honks from fellow Taco drivers and overlander/off roaders. My wife prefers us driving around the city in it over her Civic most of the time. We can easily fit 4 grown (and sometimes a bit overgrown) adults in it with minimal squeezing. It has easily hauled everything I've asked it to. Carried us safely to work/grocery stores in the middle of icy/snowy/flooding weather. I even powered a space heater off of the bed plug when our power was out. This truck has never let me down.
I look forward to 9 more years of adventure with this rig, if not more.

Doing 60mph over unpaved back country dirt roads really makes me love this Fox suspension. I don't know if I'll ever swap it out. Maybe if 33s rub too much.

    @FreshMexicanTaco DMM installed and operational!
Christmas gift from the wife. Yes, I was very late with installing it.

Going to figure out a way to mount the Baofeng radio to it next.

Testing it out on a day trip on the SW portion of the Oklahoma Adventure Trail

Did a couple water crossings. Will figure out how to post a video sometime.

    @gmartin284 Foundation Roof Rack installed!

Most difficult process was cutting out holes for the spacer mounts in the weatherstrip. I didn't want to chop up the weatherstrip into pieces, so I bought a large leather hole punch set and used a sharp knife. I spent all yesterday evening measuring and cutting. Still looks rough up close, but overall it works.

Installed the rack itself today. My marine silicone adhesive tube broke and kept oozing sticky silicone into the palm of my hand, making a mess. Otherwise, the mounting holes should be very well sealed up. I used a moving blanket draped over the roof and some masking tape to protect the paint. Mounted up fairly easy with just myself.

    Now I need kayak mounts.
    And a light bar.
    etc
    etc
    etc

    Coming in next week...

Work bonus came in early, so I treated myself.

Original price was $251 before tax.
Price matched $218 with Sam's Club.
The salesman knocked off 8 bucks for mil discount, even though supposedly they don't combine it with price match.
Knocked off another 5 when I got the higher warranty.

$205 per tire seems like a good deal to me.

I did have to acknowledge sever times that yes this is not the stock tire size and rubbing 'may' occur.

I keep reading about how people just "NEED" to regear and retune after going up to 33"s. Usually coupled with complaints about how the truck drives stock.
I have absolutely zero complaint about how the truck drives stock. Shifts when its supposed to, accelerates well for a truck. I'm an assertive driver and I am usually passing traffic. Won't win any races, but that's just dumb to expect that.
The excitement of getting new, bigger, more capable tires next week is making me feel like a kid a week out from Christmas again.

But in the back of my mind I have these creeping doubts.
Will slightly larger tires just skunk my truck?

    We shall see.

    33's look good.

After a weekend of casual driving, a few observations:
Rubbing on the UCA when flexed (EDIT: Not the UCA, cab mount). Slight, but noticeable. Inside of tire wall contact. Planning on spacers to fix this.
Rubbing when reversing in a strong turn. Not sure on contact point, but has to be the edge of the tire somewhere. Low priority considering this is an uncommon situation. Probably fender liner.

Very minor drop in low end power felt, barely perceptible by butt dyno.
Yes, loud road noise. Good thing I'm always blasting metal.
