I bought the IKari LED replacement bulbs, swapped them out and I see no difference. I expected to see a white vs yellow but they remained yellow. Is this a projector issue? Thanks.

What color(Kelvin) rating are they advertised as? Most Amazon sellers are just reselling Chinese lights and those ratings are a bit hopeful for 2nds, 3rds, or worse lights. Get yourself some quality lights from TheRetrofitSource or other name brand vendor.

Ah......LEDs in headlights generally are poor performers.

Stick with the OEM type bulbs. There are many replacement bulbs with better output in lumens and color.

You need to be careful partaking in the LED Koolaid. Several extensive discussion in TW about replacement bulbs, light, headlights....... run the Search.

I have those bulbs. There's no way you can't see a difference unless you had LEDs in there already. Even if you don't believe they're brighter, they're definitely whiter

I put them in the high beam slot. Apparently my eye’s need recalibrating as I could have sworn I installed them right. Was in the process of removing them to return them when I realized my mistake.

The low beam is H11, the high beam is H9. An H11 light can go into an H9 socket. H9 bulbs have a tab, so they won't go into an H11 socket without filing down the socket or using a pigtail connector.

Been there done that when I swapped all my bulbs to H9. Drivers side went fine, did passenger side then turned them on and noticed a difference in brightness left to right. Yup, my dumbass replaced an H9 with an H9, wrong socket. Sometimes it's easy to get mixed up as the low beam socket is tucked away almost under the fender panel and support, drivers side is definitely easier to get to than passenger.

Glad ya figured it out though! Cheers!

I saw a bunch of videos on YouTube prior to buying. It’s better in real life. Love it.
