When I replaced the ECT sensor a few weeks ago, the light still worked on its original batteries from some 2 years ago or so..

 

Magnet isn't the best but still stuck under the hood

 

Those are cool, I have several of them I keep in the truck for emergency light

 

And when you let someone borrow it, and forget to get it back, you don't even care

Think I still have 2 left in the truck...
