One other idea is if you find threads they frequent, perhaps PM someone else on that thread they interact with for ideas..

Wait until y'all get to be my age..and I will bet I've worn my body out more than any of you three. Especially Alex since he won't even hit up a concert with me

I average 20 a year. Last one I saw was Collective Soul on Valentine's Day..ended 2019 by seeing the Misfits in NYC and then Slayer/Primus/Ministry/Phil Anselmo in MA

That is one of the downsides of living in a rural community. I am 4 hours from Eugene, Oregon or 6 hours from the bay area or Sacramento. No concerts close. Last one I went to was Flogging Molly and Dropkick Murphy in Eugene.

after spending last week in the bay area and dealing with tolls, traffic, and crowded cities, I'll take rural any day. Good idea in the younger days, but not so much now.

We bailed to the sticks 18 years ago when my wife's 7 mile commute into Boston hit 1 1/2 hours on a regular basis. Best decision we ever made!

I wanna see Anselmo, I also want to see Metallica before they decide to trade guitars for walkers. I'm sorry to offend, but I was never really a huge Slayer fan :notsure: I have them on my iPod, so they come on here and there when I'm shuffling, but otherwise, idk... They never clicked with me..

I got to see Roger Waters perform The Wall in 2010 which was awesome. I saw Black Sabbath a few years back on their The End tour. I saw Slipknot (unfortunately Manson opened for them :puke: ). I saw Manchester Orchestra do an exclusive acoustic show at the Center Church on the Green in New Haven, CT which was mind blowing- Then we saw them again last summer perform their second album in its' entirety for the 10th anniversary. I got to see The Felix Culpa perform live in Boston. I've seen AFI (before they got too wimpy and whiny).

I just don't have time for Slayer

Much as I hate winter here, Boston does have a good music scene locally..both in terms of bands from here as well as places to see bands. I did see Dropkicks and Rancid here a couple years ago.

Same, but I barely lived to 30 so at my age it's a bonus. Most of mine is stupidity induced.

Phil is a giant bag of douche but having never seen Pantera it was nice to hear them do the old shit. Sabbath's final tour was amazing in a word.

Too bad, Manson is a good show though sometimes he seems to half-ass it. I remember you hitting the Felix show.

Don't have time for Slayer bah. Whatever you need to tell yourself..

My sister was probably there, she isn't a huge concert goer but DMB is one she never misses
