I have a chopped Gibson ss, k & n intake and ov Tune on 91 octane. Guaranteed you'll feel a shit ton more power. Truck was undriveable before... I love the set up now.

Intake is an absolute waste of money! Bang for the buck an OV tune is the only way to go. If you want to sound "cool" you can do a cat back but there are not any real gains.

I noticed gains with my Gibson and K&N in both MPG and power.

Milage / fuel records too !

Improvement in MPG and power at the same time? I smell bovine excrement.

Boy did I feel ya. Couldn't wait to get that OVTune. I was avoiding driving my truck I was so annoying with the constant shifting, primarily b/c I live in a hilly area.

Knowing that there was no performance gain to be had, I wanted a CAI and exhaust swap. I tried a few:

K&N - for me, embarrassingly loud. At 3.5k, it would vibrate the floorboards and my feet would tingle.
AFE - more doable, but still louder than I would like, especially driving in really hilly areas
TRD - definitely way, way quieter. At 3.5k it sounds beautiful, but it's hardy noticeable otherwise.

For the exhaust, I went with the TRD. After listening to clips of so many tin-can, ricearoni exhausts, it was an easy choice for me. Very happy with the sound.

Keep in mind, that's just me. Plenty of people will love the K&N, and plenty of people want a different sound than the TRD exhaust.

I ran AFE exhaust and CAI on my previous F150's (3.5 EB and 5.0) and I was really happy with their products. Im new to the Tacoma world and I was wondering what to go with myself. I'll probably go AFE for the CAI but cant figure out what exhaust to go with.

Your truck comes with a Cai. Imo these trucks sound like straight ass with a anything but the 2 stock exhaust options.
