    Hello friends,

I'm currently prepping to do a full suspension rebuild on my 09 AC 4.0L TRD OR. I'm removing the original 200k+ mile struts, LCAs, and UCAs; and replacing them with Dirt King LCAs, low mileage take-off 3rd Gen UCAs, and TRD OR shocks and springs while I save a few more pennies and weigh my options with aftermarket shocks and UCAs.

I'm going to go ahead and replace all of the hardware including cams while I'm doing it, because it would be silly not to. I'll probably also go ahead and at least replace the radiator mount bushings with the Energy kit recommended elsewhere on TW.

Is there anything else that you can think of that I should go ahead and do while I'm in there, other than scale and paint the mounts and frame while they're easy to get to with everything taken off?

    Thanks!

When I did my '06 AC TRD OR 4x4 front end @ 140K, the most worn parts were the inner tie rods. Do inner and outer tie rods, drop links and sway bar bushings. You are there just do it all. My truck drives like new, seriously.

Exactly the kind of helpful response I was hoping for. Makes perfect sense. Thanks!
