Hey guys, I know there's probably a lot of threads for lifts but I wanted to start one specifically for my 4x4 needs. I have the TRD off road 2nd gen, and I'm going to put a Locker in the front as well. But just for overlanding. What would you guys recommend for that? 2-3 inch lift? I'm an electrician and my work is giving me a work truck, my personal vehicle will only be used on the weekends. I want to be...semi comfortable on the highway, that being said, I would care more about off-road capability and being less comfortable on the road. I WANT quality kits. and am wiling to pay for them. In conclusion, any guidance would be appreciated as i am only 22 and only getting into overlanding. thanks guys. You guys rock. Love these trucks, my family has had several and they've all been very dependable vehicles. Thanks everyone.

Start out in the suspension threads. Grab a beer, get comfortable, and start digging in. There's tons of info to help you out there.

    For what its worth -
I went the 5100 w/885 route and it rides great. Family does some occasional overland/mild OR
My buddy went from 5100's to Kings, he loved both setups.
