    You too brother!

That is far too early sir. You work out in the mornings or just an early riser?

    Good mornin John:hattip:

Morning Bill, I guess early riser is subjective lol. I thought I was too, but after hearing what time you get up it doesn't appear that's the case:laugh:

Got some sound deadening knocked out today. Did the back wall and roof, and it seems to have helped some. All the noise sounds like it's coming from the front/floor now. I will be doing the doors and floors up next to try to prep for the new exhaust in case it's louder than I'm hoping for. Speaking of which, the new borla muffler will be here Monday. I cut the old muffler off and flange off so all I should have to do is clamp that on when it arrives

Also relocated the ARB compressor and extended the harness to put it behind the driver seat

Howdy Matt! I think it's helped some so far but I haven't gotten to drive on the highway yet. I think it will make a noticeable difference there. I'll keep you posted as I drive it more. I think I am going to order some more and do the floors and doors as well

Got the new catback installed finally last night. Didn’t have time to get the extra muffler fitted so I ran it for a day with one muffler. Noise level was obnoxious to put it lightly, but the sound deadening I just did really helped with that so I just kept the windows rolled up.
Anyways, I made some time today to mount the second muffler and now the noise level is way better. It’s decently quiet while accelerating unless you really get on it. Sounds pretty decent for a 4 banger imo, I bet the equal length header helps some with that. Tail pipe is rubbing on the trailer hitch but other than that the fitment is pretty good for something i hacked together.

Am I to seeing 2 mufflers inline of each other:rofl: Robert you never fail to impress with me with your ingenuity and determination to make the square peg fit a round hole and make it aesthetically pleasing. :101010:

    Good mornin John! :hattip:

Morning Matt! Thanks brother, I think i got lucky and things went together pretty nicely. There was a cross member under the cab there so the muffler sort of got crammed there between that and the hangar behind it.

Finished up the sound deadening yesterday with the floor and did the doors on Friday. Since i have a bunch of crap wired up in the cab it was a big job getting that all out so i could clean stuff up and lay down the deadener. I doubled up the passenger side since that has the exhaust under it. It took 36 sq ft to do just the floors. That is the same as the back wall, roof, and all the doors combined. I am glad this project is drawing to a close, that was a lot of work

You sir have way too much time on your hands to get all this done all the time...looks great though.
