Warning: only the small purple bags are GF. The giant teal bags at Costco are not. Probably for the best...

Revisiting this since my spouse was diagnosed with celiac. I used the entire 16 oz. bottle of Italian giardiniera and made my own spicy Italian mix:

    - 1 tbsp. oregano
    - 1 tbsp. Kosher salt
    - 1/2 tbsp. sugar
    - 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
    - 1/2 tbsp. parsley
    - 1/2 tsp. basil
    - 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
    - 1/4 tsp. thyme
    - 1/4 tsp. celery seed
    - 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

My spice recipe ended up being about double the 0.6 oz in the store bought packet, so bear with me on these changes. Final report to follow

All I did was follow a portion of a recipe I found using google (myfoodfamily.com
    PHILADELPHIA Classic Cheesecake)

    just this part

Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with Mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.

Bake 55 min. or until center is almost set.

    From my experiences
Be sure to mix the cream cheese with the eggs until completely incorporated

read as many tips as you can

dont beat the eggs before incorporating.

the key is to not let air get trapped in the mix, air is bad

    dont mix too fast.

Only made this twice, third one is coming in a few days.

Around August 1 I start saving up the heels from my loaves of Udi's in preparation of turkey day. Cant have turkey without stuffing!
    1126201239.jpg
    I keep it pretty simple.
Just some sauteed celery and onion, rosemary, thyme, sage and black pepper and some canned chicken broth to moisten it. I'll add some of the drippings from the bird next time he's out of the oven and try to squeeze this in there with him.

I'd be throwing them away otherwise....and with the cost of this stuff....just trying to be frugal!
I just keep a bag in the freezer and add to it. The loaf pan can hold about 3/4 of a loaf which is plenty for me.

Cinnamon/clove/orange brined, veggie stuffed, and compound butter rubbed.

I altered my normal mac ‘n’ cheese to the Tinkyada noodles (high boil for 10 mins instead of 15 min on medium per instructions). Very impressed with their texture. I got this one at Walmart, but this is a much better deal:
