I think he meant he bought lumber and reassembled it back into that tree and Bush. *god status*

did some Utility knife magic to get it snug in there . Painted it black cause the raw aluminum wasnt gonna fly.
Took about 1/2 hour of cutting, 1/2 hour of painting, drilling and mounting.

    Stock...for now
It's been a hot minute since I've posted here, but I'm back! I recently bought a 2017 SR5 4x4 (not today lol) after a few years of owning vehicles other than Toyotas but I'm glad to be back in the Toyota world!

Made some bed bars to hold my ski mounts. Just a couple aluminum bars with steel L-brackets, bolts, lock nuts and some spacers (you won't need the spacers if you cut your friggin bars to the right length :anonymous:). I cut a few inches off the L-brackets and put a long flat piece inside the bed rail to secure the bars. Fits perfect! Finished it all off with a crappy flat black spray paint job. Who cares if it sucks, it's gonna get blasted all to hell going up to A-Basin and Keystone anyway. Tested it out with two sets of skis - got it on the interstate and up to 75 and over lots of bumps and it's solid as a rock. I don't think they will hold a ton of weight over what I've tested them with, but I don't need them to. All said, it's probably somewhere around $60 to get all the material. Now let's hope we have a nice long ski season!

Stripped out the back seats and put down some deadening and foam. Back wall is solid now.
