The light bar bolts right up to the tabs on the bumper via new bolts hex head and a wrench?

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Correct if your light bar has socket head cap screws on the ends you will want to swap them out to hex bolts so you can tighten the bolts or modify an Alan wrench to fit in the location.

I’ll end up taking it off to install the light bar on & to re adjust it. It’s a little lower on one side.

Has anyone experienced any issues with the Radar Controlled Cruise Control relates to the front hoop, short or tall? I like the short hoop for the radiator protection but worry it may interfere with the sensor on the grill.

i sure hope the tall hoop doesn't interfere with the TSS since that's what i ordered.
eyeballing, I assumed the short hoop would definitely interfere

The short hoop only blocks the pro grille TSS. The Toyota logo TSS hasn't shown issues with the low or full height hoop.

Can’t wait to put the Bar light on and the fogs to add some color. No problems with the TSS sensor. If you are having issues with the sensor it might be from lifting the truck or switching out the grill to the pro grill. Which I encountered both issues not related to the bumper

Bumper looks awesome on your truck. What size Springs are you using?

I’m currently on the 700s the 600s dropped down like 1.5in with the winch on the bumper. Added the 700s and adjusted the height we good now. Bumper & skid plate so far later I do skids all the way back & sliders

guys with the tall hoop, can you get me a rough measurement on the gap between the top of the hoop to the grill?
I haven't bolted on the bumper yet (won't be able to for a bit) but welding on some tabs for antennas/etc and wanted to make sure it's not going to interfere/poke through the grill.

    thanks!

We did one like that for a customer I like what you did with the bash plate. I never took a measurement But it's about 2.5" from the grille on the pro grille. All the others have even more as they sit more flat in the surround.

Awesome, thanks! Good thing I haven't gone to the pro grill!
Sounds like it should be enough clearance as-is.

not quite done with the bash plate yet, right now it's just a scoop for crap to get into!
