I think it's time for ECGS bushing replacement.

    I'm getting what appears to be drivetrain vibration at about 20 mph or less. It's noticeable shortly after accelerating from a stop, and anywhere in between. It's not severe but it's there. I should have had this done with the lift, but was hoping for the best. I didn't really notice the vibration prior to lift and wheels/tires, but I can't be 100% certain either. Any other things to look out for before I tackle this?

    Might as well replace the axle seal while you are in there.
    Other than that, go for it. It’s a good upgrade.

    Mine was most noticeable from 30-40mph and went away when switching to 4WD. I’d check that(on a nice flat road) to be sure. $60 bushing did the trick for me, and I didn’t replace the bushing as I was careful not to damage the seal during replacement.

    Cool, mine literally felt like going over small rumble strips ever 50 feet or so. Would go away and come back when turning 4wd on and off. Also never really get it over 40. GL

    sounds more like axel wrap or your pinion angle is out of whack. How big is your rear lift?

    Do the axel gasket it $20. Also you will need a torque wrench that can do 173 ft pounds. Home Depot had Husky’s for ~$50

    So if it appears to improve when hauling some weight in the bed, does that rule out a bearing? Maybe axel wrap? I was hoping that an AAL over a block would eliminate this, but maybe not.

    Mods are currently being changed .....
    If it goes away w/ weight in the bed, its definitely not your front needle bearing. That sounds more like a driveline or pinion angle problem.
