    Yeah... I've spent a fair amount on my Tacoma since the pipeline trip, but even worse, my woodworking hobby has made a huge dent in my budget lately. :annoyed:

    Asking like-minded people about the thought of resisting mods is like asking a crackhead not to smoke another rock.

    And that is why I love you all (even you @Thatbassguy).

    This surely isn't the place to come for good financial advice! It's definitely a fun way to go broke, though. :rofl:

    What's an even more effective way to go broke is to go wheeling with you guys!

    I've got two big purchases sitting in my cart on two different vendor sites loaded right now. Haven't pulled the triggers yet...

    You kept up with everyone just fine on the 7th. Recovery gear, armor, and tires are all good investments for this hobby, though. :)

    EDIT: as I type this, I'm also in the process of getting another set of wheels and tires. So, don't let me talk you out of anything! That would make me a hypocrite.:D

    You should have seen how excited I was to use it on the 7th!:rofl:

    And, the Rigid pods are so good, they influenced me to buy a Rigid bar for the bumper. Incidentally, the bumper bar kicks ass as well!

    I got to put the Maxsas to work on the 7th as well, and I was quite happy with them! I think they're a good option if you don't want to drop the coin on Maxtrax, but don't want ebay garbage.

    Do it!:spending: :devil::devil::devil::devil::devil::devil::devil::devil:

    Well I have a lot of armor, but a factory front bumper...

    And a front bumper plus a winch equals a lot of weight, so I'm going to need new suspension, and if I'm buying suspension components, I may as well get a full and complete well engineered kit... And it makes more sense to get UCAs with your suspension and save a few hundred bucks instead of doing things piecemeal...

    It's always a snowball effect! I needed skids, which lead to a bumper, which lead to a winch, which lead to Suspension, which lead to tires. So, the way I see it, I NEEDED all of the things I bought last winter.;)

    Well, without all of those things, you would have never made it up that rock hill, so, YES you did need them! I think you probably need even more ;)

    I mean I bought my skids without buying bumpers so there's that. but when I got my sliders I did get my rear bumper at the same time cuz the sale was just way too good...
