What’s the consensus on best value for bolt on? I’ve got a ‘15 access cab and just can’t stomach spending nearly 1K. Trail gear doesn’t seem to fit

My apex fabworks from @CaliRaisedLed -- My welding skills aren't quite there (yet) so I called in the pros ... Ready to put them to use over the break.

Just ordered RCI full skids and sliders. Is the installation do able without a floor jack?

... probably ... but you'll definitely wish you had a floor jack and 2 jack stands. I don't have the RCI but my skids come off from time to time for driveshaft maintenance and front diff oil replacement. They're not light. I suspect you'd use the jack and stands once you have them.

Thanks! I guess it’s probably time to invest in a floor jack then

    Stock-ish
Bravo on them for putting 5 legs on. Any slider with 3-4 legs will bend up over time in the rocks. These trucks are dang heavy thats for sure!

I love my RCI sliders rack and armor. I originally liked they were local to me. But the whole company is great, and I feel lucky they are a part of our Northern Colorado community.

Over GVWR and I keep adding more metal
Stubbs Welding weld-on sliders. Got them in 2017 for less than $350 and they have saved me thousands.
