For those that have the FSR Odyssey, are you able to lock the tent at all? All I see are latches that keep the tent closed, but nothing that keeps it securely closed when you’re not around.

I know that there’s a security tool kit to lock the tent to the load bars, but i don’t see anywhere of there being a lock to actually keep the tent from being opened.

I think @LTDSC said you can replace the handles with locking latches from a Jeep hood?

Oh, man. That would be great. If that’s a solution to locking it, then I’d be sold.

I’m still shopping around for one, but I did see that there’s tracks on the sides of the tent. But that’s a good idea. Thank you!

No lock that I know of. But I did add a new flip latch in the center of the opening side. I could have chosen one with the padlock slide but I didn’t.
Thankfully with the extrusion tracks you can pretty much do whatever you want.

For those that are running a RTT on their camper shell. Are you guys using the M6 mounting hardware that comes with the Yakima/Thule tracks? or are you guys using something different. I’m preparing to mount my rack for my rtt, but I’m debating on going with a larger size bolt. The A squares in the tracks now are for M6. I’m waiting to go with something like M8 or 5/16.

I bought some 15 series bolts and t slots but they’re not as wide as the A squares supplied by Thule. Looking for ideas.
