It’s a little hard to tell from the photo, but I noticed a few weeks back that the truck is sitting crooked. I’m positive my garage floor is relatively level, but the truck is clearly tilting to the left. (NO, my wife is not fat and she’s not sitting inside.)

The tires are worn evenly, there is equal tire pressure, and the alignment was done a few days ago.

The truck drives and tracks perfectly straight. I’ve never done any heavy off-roading or hauling. 175K miles on "regular" roads.

Can the suspension really be so tired that the truck would be crooked?

Is she a big woman? JUST kidding!

That's the classic Taco lean. Gas tank is on that side, most of the time the driver is on that side too.

    Yes
It is called " taco lean ", very common because your gas tank and battery are both on the drivers side.

Off topic, but is her license plate really "1111111"?

But also as mentioned above, it is a common lean. You could correct it with a 1/4" spacer on the driver side.

You guys are AWESOME. I'll assume you are right, it's just that we've had the truck for 11 years and I never noticed the lean before.

There WAS a FULL tank of gas in the picture. Just today I noticed the lean isn't as bad (probably at less than 1/2 tank.)

License plate is poorly photoshopped at 111111 to hide my identity. Plus that's NOT a covered Shelby Cobra on the right because it's clearly NOT a roadster and the rollbar is clearly not noticeable in the photo.

FUGAZI. 13 songs and many more.

Nikola Tesla. I got a comment, "Why do you have a Tesla sticker on a Toyota?" grrrrrrrrrr

I like the fuzzy dice hanging from the garage door.

GOOD EYE - I forgot those things were there. Someone who's obviously not a car guy gave them to me for my Shelby... wrong type of car and not only that, the rear view mirror is on the dashboard and there's nowhere to hang them... so on the garage door they hang...
