Mine has thinned out, shattered like a fine wine glass.

Went with Wheeler's, they havea Halloween 10% mark down sale going on for their products. And you can add the TW 5% discount code or a 10% off code on top of their sale. The Wheeler's multi progressive AAL looks similar to Icon's own.

Got me a U bolt flip kit with their front and rear super bump, and AAL.

 

We are in the same boat with the waiting. Our 2nd batch that was supposed to arrive, the manufacturer goofed on one of the specifications and they had to scrap the entire lot and start all over. We get the frustration in waiting, this actually frustrates us even more as we miss out on potential sales. All we can do is just wait for them to arrive (we are told Nov. 15th) and go from there. If you don't want to wait any longer that is completely understandable, we get it.

That said we have been on this thread numerous times and its always the same question of when. As soon as they arrive we will let those on the list know.

It is a bummer that the 2nd batch that came in had to be scraped, and that manufacturing delays does not help anybody. I do hope that the next batch makes it through, for everyone that is patiently waiting.

Time was just getting tighter for me, and i had to bite the bullet. I only got a single AAL, so if the opportunity opens up again, i may switch out to the multi leaf AAL.

The last batch we ordered was our first lot with the revised AAL, as we move forward and get more of an understanding of what demand is we can adjust our order points with the hope that there wouldn't be delays like this going forward. Had COVID not happened we would already be on track, but the COVID thing really put a hurting on the leaf spring manufacturer (not us really at all). With our original 3 Leaf AAL we rarely ever had a delay like this despite the demand continuing changing.

Just curious but is there still an interest by Headstrong to produce a 2" AAL option in the future? I know things are somewhat hectic right now and this most likely put a damper on those plans but just curious if it's still on the board to be looked at. I currently have the newer 1.5" AAL from yall and love it, and would love to upgrade to the 2" if/when it moves into development. Not complaining or rushing or anything, just picking your brain. Thanks!

Did you get 1.5" of lift from yours?

 

I did not get a full 1.5" but that's not to say I'm disappointed in it by any means. With the Eibach kit giving me a bit more lift than expected in the front I ended up sitting completely level, would just like the extra 1/2" for rake though not much I know.

 

For me, good to hear. I only want 1”.

 

Definitely been waiting for this. I don’t do much towing or hauling so I don’t really need the overload leaf in anyway

 

Just curious if there's any update on stock. Last update in this thread was that the next batch would hopefully arrive on 11/15. This is the only thing holding up the install of my other components, and I don't want to settle for the other AAL options if we're that close to these being available again.
