With respect to cruise control, it is an easy to add switch and side cover. Another forum member has a write up. $15 for the switch on Amazon (aftermarket but identical to the Toyota part) and $8 for the cover.

The intermittent wipers is a must have. $90 from someone on the board but they were out so $90 on Amazon for me (came today).

Note the MSRP (and invoice) varies by $35-$50 based on the delivery charge which is $900 near me, but $950 in some other region and $935 in another. Base MSRP no options is $24,010 here.

Also the invoice listed in the above post is higher than that in the big thread that lists all the invoice numbers. I calculated $22,733 invoice with no options but including 900 delivery.

There was another thread on here about flares...think there are $400+. Maybe Bushwacker will have something similar in the future.

Something like their street flares for other trucks, are usually around $180

This is the same vehicle (including the floor mats) that I got except mine is white. You did a little better than me. Mine was $23745.20 + sales tax. This included 3 years of free oil changes and tire rotations - is that standard with Toyota? I'm happy and think I got a great truck at a reasonable price. I like simple and am happy not to have a lot of bells and whistles that I don't need.

I had thought the black bumper on the white truck looked weird in pictures but after owning it for a week now I don't mind it at all. Tacomas are incredibly common here (Colorado) and it won't look like everyone else's which is fine by me.

Mine is supposed to be delivered to me on Tuesday, the 15th. Long wait, but Toyota is throwing in a set of all-weather mats for my patience. Along with the utility package, it'll also have cruise. I took delivery of WeatherTech mud guards this week and purchased an OEM bed mat from the local dealer at a discount. Now, to make a dog bed/platform behind the seats. Lookin' forward to my very basic, first Tacoma.

It is a shame they dropped the 5 speed manual after 2017 on these. Seems like the perfect combo for the 4 banger.
