Thank you!!! I have BF Goodrich ko2 275/70/17 with currently no lift, stock suspension. I had A LOT of rubbing! I had to take off the front mud flaps and I trimmed an inch from the fender flare from the back side (not noticeable). Now no more rubbing!

Stuff with some other black things
It's the black plastic thing under the front bumper. It makes the truck look lower to the ground with it on. It is supposed to help with aerodynamics. I have not notice a bit of difference in MPG with it off. It's a common item to remove by many Tacoma owners.
Here is an example of mine without the air damn (front valance)

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
    I like that rack.

Thanks its a dissent offroad rack i got off a local member to fit over my soft topper. Though i think i'm going to leave it off during the winter months and just put it on in the summer after i get my RTT. Little more bulky than i'm used to

And it is! Too bad too. I've been in the thick woods enough to know that the Jeep's increased size means that my Taco can go places that the Jeep can't. In the wide open spaces so often featured in the outback pictures of the West included in on this site that larger size may not be of consequence. In the non-cuttable national forests around here, you ain't getting very far back in there before that extra size becomes an issue and you are on your way back out. In the Taco you'd still be going in. When size matters, in some things smaller is better. They don't call it the Big Thicket around here for nuthin'.

It’s on 37”tires with a 4” lift, plus the 11” longer wheelbase it’s definitely longer than the DCSB taco.

It’s been fun having the stock OR keep up just fine on some technical sections!
