    there are transmission TSB that help or OVTune. I’m happy with mine stock but then I use the sport shifting a lot.

    It took OV Tune 2.0 and 5.29 gears for me to finally enjoy how the truck drove, and that was on stock tires. Now with the 35’s it’s still pretty great and way better than stock.

    My thoughts exactly. Never (thankfully, which is appropriate today) had any sense of the oft lamented tranny probs or slowness I see on here all the time. Truck gets after it plenty IMO. Of course I've never owned a "fast"vehicle and that probably helps. Always wanted to check out a tuned Taco to see what I'm missing, but no complaints here.

    That's the exact reason I sold my '19 and went back to my '02. It's a shame that a 17 year older truck with 235k miles on it can run a circle around a new one, but that was indeed the case.

    Get ready, OP, the 3rd Gen fanboyz get pissy when you bring up the flaws of their beloved truck.
