Problems with Dash and Tail Lights won't come on 2004 Tacoma 4WD

So went to Toyota Dealership for an oil change and was told that my license plate lights needed replacing for $50.00. So I told them I would pass.

When I got home I noticed only one was burned out. So I decided to do it myself. When I pulled out the bulb it broke. So I took a screw driver and wedged it out. I am not an expert on car stuff and should leave that to you men out there.

So I replaced the bulb and went to turn lights on to check to see if it worked and now the dashboard and tail lights are not working.

I believe it is a fuse, but don't know which one.

Don't want to drive it until it is fixed.
