I pick my truck up next week. Wondered how many people are using covers and whether you think it's worth it versus keeping the trd seats and treating with scotch guard for water resistance?

I went with these, they fit tight and can be washed if needed.

Thanks, I did have a look at them and they look good. They ask a couple of questions I was not completely sure of:
Does the front passenger seat folds flat forward?
Do your front seats have a built-in thigh extender?

Not sure if this questionnaire makes much difference?

When I ordered mine, they had me upload pictures of my seats. That way they know exactly what you have.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
I guess it depends on how long you'll be keeping your Taco.

I've had my '06 for over 14 years and bought it with OEM seat covers (which Toyota no longer offers). The bead along the outside edge of the driver's seat back (which is exposed) is beginning to fray a bit.

Once my '21 Taco gets home (still at the dealer) I'll be Scotch Guarding the seats AND installing Clazzio leather covers. If all goes well I'll be keeping this one for 14+ years (or until I'm dead, whichever comes first).

i bought the carhartt covers and i think they were worth it. i would have preferred to get the clazzios but someone gave me a $500 Amazon gift card so i figured i would go with the carhartts for free.

install was like 20 mins and they can easily be removed and washed, so that is an advantage over the clazzios.

11/10 clazzio. Best total cab transformation <$500 can get you. Get them and dont look back. I can also recommend going with the PVC, I have them and they look and feel like factory leather.

Just installed clazzio all black pvc covers two days ago. They look stock, it’s insane how well they fit. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

minor, TRD skid plate, front recovery points, Regken mud flaps, rear diff breather, AC drain pipe extended. Upgraded sound with active sub woofer, tonneau cover, CB radio.
I love TRD grade fabric in my 2019 TRD OR. But... I'm working in commercial construction, at first. Very often have to drive wearing my dusty overall, jacket e.t.c.
At second, truck specific ergonomics - when you taking seat or sliding out, you can wear out external edge of your seat very fast. my really cheap solution -
ARIES drop-on seat cover. Made of rugged fabric, with waterproof lining. Black, takes one move to take it and throw into washer. Works like charm, and price is right -
    CAD $50!!!
Using for the 1 year, totally happy. Highly recommend. In case when wearing formal and dressy, just taking this off and enjoying original seat fabric.
