Picked up a campershell the other day so I can finally keep my fishing and camping gear in the truck. Picked this one up for $60 :) started sanding it down yesterday and hopefully today ill be painting it. I wanted to color match it with the cement color but Holy hell that can get expensive lol. Im going to go matte black instead. Need to finish sanding. Paint outside matte black. Painting inside white. New lock. And then some window lifts and it will be good to go

How are you going to paint it? With a sprayer?

Rattle can more than likely. I was going to use my sprayer for the cement but don't want to spend that much on paint just for a camper shell lol

Done. Sanded. Washed. Wiped with alcohol. And then about 5 coats of matte black. Getting some measurements for an American flag decal for both sides of it. Going to get as close to the cement color as possible

Time to replace lower ball joint and uppers. Should I just replace the entire UCA? should I go Moog or OEM with lower ball joints?

OEM if you can. Some people have had issues with moogs failing prematurely. Not a part you want to test the waters with. Lol

Got vertigo two days ago and holy fuck this sucks. Can even drive now. May be linked to an old head injury but going to wait a few days to see if it goes away. I hope so! FML!!!!!

If you think it's related to a previous head injury, don't wait. Go now.

It was a frontal lobe contusion from 2013 when I got mashed by a tree. This is a side affect or lasting bruise on frontal lobe. I'm reading doctors notes again and the neurologist notes that I will have this from time to time as well as increased probability of seizures as time goes on.
Sucks to go through this again. Like PTSD this is a reminder and I hate this feeling of remembering.

Concussions and TBIs can certainly mess with your vestibular system. Is your spinning sensation positional, meaning does it come on with certain head movements or is it constant?
