The wife crunched my bumper... she was surprised how excited I was about that. And she was also surprised how quickly I sent her a link to a plate bumper. :p
I know what’ll be under the Christmas tree this year!:fistbump:

I don’t do much heavy yankin’ and I know the shackles are mostly for decoration, when I yank stuff I normally just put the hitch shackle in. So I sent her this one since it’s budget friendly with shipping included.
And, I’ve been wanting some better backup lights, so this works out.

Did they come out "fall off the bone" or "chew off the bone"?

They fell off, I want to eat more, but I also want leftovers. They’re always so good the day after!

I was scared at first, it sounded complicated when there was 3,2,1 involved.
But really 3 hrs on smoke, 2 hrs wrapped in foil, and 1 hr (I do more than this since I normally just let the fire fade) with some bbq sauce brushed on.
I did applewood today with some Everglades cactus dust seasoning on them at the start. That’s my go-to seasoning!

Edit: something I learned from a co worker that I tried today was really helpful. While prepping the ribs, I tore the thin fibrous “paper” backing off the back of the ribs, this made them really fall off the bone. Going to do that from now on!

Yep, my wife will eat way more as leftovers than she will when they're hot off the grill. She likes them cold lol.
