Whoops, Bryan not Chris ahaha, my bad.

Yeah, not saying he didn't deserve it, rules are pretty clear, then especially when he made dupe accounts multiple times too.

It's been 12 years since I bought my 2006 F4i and I still have her. I refuse to sell that pinnacle of perfection. Love that front end. The front air intakes remind me of fighter aircraft. Laugh at my banana seat, but its the closest thing to a sitting on your favorite couch while riding 80mph down the highway.

    The bars are on.

I’ve lost my right blinker. It no longer works. No error codes. So I’m assuming the wires pinched. But fuck taking the bars off again.

I’ll be removing my blinker lights and just leaving the black covers on for aesthetics.

    :anonymous:.

    Still need new grips.

    This was hard.
    Lol.

Thanks! I agree, I think Honda nailed it with the F4i and that they will be future collectibles. The performance, aesthetics and riding position are just perfect.
I’ve put nearly 2,000 miles on mine since I bought it in late August.

So no pinched wires. I actually just pulled the wiring out of its original housing when trying to get those through the new bars.

we are going to superglue the housing with the wire pushed in, and call it a day on that.

Swapped out the ebay exhaust for the stock one. Ended up being a couple hour project. Details are on the newest post in the thread in my signature if you're curious  Very happy with how much quieter it is now.

    Cool!

Where is the fuel tank? What’s it like to have drum brakes compared to disc? Honestly curious.

The fuel tank is under the seat, you flip the seat forward and the filler cap is underneath. I think it's a whopping 1.2 or 3 gallons.

The drums are fine on a bike this light, honestly. I can lock up either wheel at whim and it's all cable actuated, so no brake lines to bleed or anything, dead simple. My CB750 has a drum on the rear and that'll lock up, too. Only downside for me is the feel isn't as good. It's more on/off compared to a disc. I think drums get a bad reputation but they're pretty functional if you aren't doing track days with them or anything hah.
