Aftermarket TRD Grills for 2019 Tacoma Off-Road

Does anyone know of an aftermarket grill (from a reputable business - not Toyota Pro Shop or whatever) for a 2019 Off-Road Tacoma. It has the sensor in the grill. The dealer doesn't offer it.

Thoughts?

 

The dealer most certainly offers it. Do you mean to TRD OR grille or TRD Pro grille?

 

The dealer says they don't because sensor is in a different place from the TRD Pro to the TRD OR.

The OEM works, they just don’t like to sell it to non pros and some dealerships will refuse to sell it to non pros. You have to be careful and make sure to tell them not to work on or disable the TSS if you go in with an aftermarket or OEM pro grill. They have done it to other members here and when they do that, they do it so it can’t be turned on again without replacing more expensive parts.

 

Pro Tip: If you’re going to buy an aftermarket grill, go with eBay because they’re going to be exactly the same grill that comes from China.

 

Why not from the toyota pro shop

I'm in the market for one as well, I initially wanted a OEM grill and garnish but you can get a whole new set of tires for the price Toyota selling them. Hate the stock grille but it's hard to find a reliable aftermarket that will work with TSS

 

I think it’s little to do with the actual grille, more so the garnish.

 

Agreed, I believe a fellow on here sales the China grill with an OEM garnish for $500 still kinda steep for my pockets

 

I’d take my chances on a $150 knock off. There’s countless people with positive results.
