    Hey Ryan,

Regarding this pic ^ did you mount the reservoirs using nutserts or did you thread the holes as @Crikeymike suggested?
The image makes it seem like the UCA is going to interfere with the reservoir line under full compression? Have you seen any evidence of that happening?

Also, with regards to the rear reservoirs, how did you mount those? Did you have to drill holes in the frame? Use nuts on the backside? Just gathering my senses as I am going with a nearly identical set up. DK UCA's, MRR's front and rear etc. However, I am only looking for 2.5" and level, so I went with the 110R rear leafs for a little more compliant ride and hopefully a little more articulation in the rear.

Any feedback you can give would be most appreciated!!! Thanks!

Hey, thanks for reaching out. As far as the front reservoirs, they are threaded into the frame, and seem to be holding up fine. They've been on and off a couple times, so far so good. As far as the upper control arms meeting the reservoir line, the arm for the UCA doesn't contact the line because the line is close enough to the pivot point. If anything, I might protect the line where it meets the top of the shock.

The rear Reservoir mounting, those are thru bolts into the frame, with a nut on the other side. And, the 110 pack should be perfect for you, I actually removed one leaf from my 111 pack because the rear was sitting too high. Plus, I have airbags on top of them, so removing a leaf brought it down to perfect height. The ride is much smoother with the 110 pack. GL!

You got it brother, and just so I am clear, did you have to drill holes in the frame for the front AND rear reservoir brackets?

Also, with regards to the "threaded into the frame" part, what size hardware did you go with specifically? The holes in the reservoir brackets look like they measure 8mm, so I am guessing you used an 8x1.25 mm tap to thread the frame segments? I am wondering if it makes sense to go down to 8x1.0 mm just to get a little more thread engagement in the thin frame. Ideally, I would use a nutsert or rivnut, but I'm thinking it may be a chore getting a tool up in the fender well at a straight enough angle to pull it off.

Just looking for ideas and clarification.

Thanks again for replying brother, I really appreciate it.

Yes, I believe we had to drill holes front and rear. I'm going to pass this question off to @Dcsleeper408 regarding the thread size. Mark?

Hey guys. Mark has had an illness in the family and will be taking a break from doing any work for a little while. He probably won’t answer any PMs until he is back. I’m sure he’ll update this thread when he is ready to take on work again.
