Cement Color - Matching Powder Coating

Can anyone help me find the powder coat match for the cement color?

Did a good bit of searching. Came up with one thread:
Let’s see your cement tacos:
“RAL-7045 as a reference. I’d say about ½ a shade lighter than the body color.”

 

This is the closest I could come to anything that made any attempts at "color matching."
I have not personally tried it, so I don't actually know.

not sure if this was helpful. I couldn't get any definitive answers. I was hoping to powder coat my bike frame to match. Never got a definitive answer.
