Hey guys, I've got a 2015 TRD Sport 4x4 double cab. I just bought Bilstein 6112's for the back and 5160's for the rear. The 6112's are set on the tallest clip at 2.46" of lift (about 2.5"). (Also got BFG AT 285x75r16 tires & SCS F5 wheels 16" -25mm offset wheels)

I'm trying to pick out the right add a leaf for the rear that will get the truck to look level front and back, and give a smooth ride over rugged dirt roads.

A few companies make a progressive 3 leaf AAL with 1.5" of lift and I've heard that this would get it to sit about level, but that it might sit a little higher in the back.

I learned that if it did sit higher in the rear, I could raise the front a bit with blocks, but I would prefer not to go over 2.5" of lift.

Anyone have experience with this? Is there any way to adjust the back to be lower to match the front? Or are there other AAL options that would go from say 1" to 1.5"?

Here are the options I've found so far:

    Toytec: Deaver: https://deaverspring.com/product/ta...years-3-leaf-overload-replacement-1-1-2-lift/

Here's how the truck looks right now:

Go with the 1.5” rear you’ll be fine. If it’s a smidge high it will settle. Are prepared to do some some cutting. With 2.5” of lift and 285s and the -25 offset gonna have some rubbing in the front.

Thanks, yeah makes sense. I've discussed the cutting with the shop I'm working with. Planning for a CMC and whatever else is necessary to keep it from rubbing.
