Hey guys. So I have been noticing this sort of clanking sound when driving off road and hear it sometimes on normal streets when I hit bumps and such. I can’t seem to figure it out. Wondering if any of you would have any ideas. Here are two videos I took yesterday. One is nice and scenic for you.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    I’ll guess driveshaft center bearing

That would make sense actually. I initially thought it was coming from the passenger side wheel well, but I had my wife drive so I could hang out the window and listen and it definitely wasn't coming from there. Sounds more in the center of the truck.

I say replace your radiator support bushings and body mounts. If not, check for loose heat shields around your cats/resonators.

    Adding to other answers.
Not knowing trucks mods but if aftermarket rear springs check the rear poly bushings for breakdown and may need lube or replacing or the spring pads/isolators. Next loose bed bolts or worn bed area under bolt (posts on this). Cat shield under drivers seat does fall apart and requires new bolts and washers on one end and a clamp on other. Or loose junk in the bed storage boxes and check spare tire is tightly cranked up. Good hunting.

Thanks all. I'll have to try a bunch of these and see what I can come up with.

Also, check that your spare tire support chain, or whatever it's called, isn't hanging down and slapping around. I have a couple of light zip ties on mine to cinch it up a bit.
