I tried that for 8 months this year. I was glad to find a job. Krystal is a BSN RN clinical supervisor in a cardio thoracic icu. So she makes good money. She’s on track to double my current salary for this year

yeah she talked about doing that too, but apparently that is the new thing to do so there are a ton of people going to school for that.
Apparently there is a huge shortage of critical care nurses so she ends up working 4x 16hr days each week.

Mine left CCU and CVRU because they treated her like shit. She was an ANM too. Now she works 20 hours less a week, makes the same or more (with call pay), and sees her kids consistently

Well I'm pissed. Just discovered that the 5th Gen oil filter is under the engine instead of on top like my 2nd Gen Taco and 4th Gen T4R. That super sucks. I can do a full oil change on those in a tuxedo (if I had a tuxedo) since I just suck the old oil out though the dipstick tube. Now with the 5th Gen I have to get under the truck like a peasant?!:censored:

that's correct. sucka...BUT you get the first three oil changes for free IIRC.

Once you are done with that you'll need:

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00XTAGHU0/

Don't bother swapping to the aluminum housing, everyone says it's better but truthfully it's not. The plastic one works just fine assuming you don't torque it down with an impact gun.

I havn't decided if its worth my time to take advantage of those free oil changes. I figure I'll spend 2-3 hours taking it to the dealership, waiting for them to do service, then driving back.

But pump the brakes, I need a special tool too? I guess it also does not use the same filter as the rest of the 4.0's...

Right? Guy that built the house had a full size Dodge so he built the garages big.

if you don't want to break the housing, yes, get the tool. It's worth the investment.

I'd also put in a fumoto, makes draining the oil easy and mess free.
