it wouldnt even fit the top point before even getting to the bushings.

Yeah hardware was 1/2" but holes were much smaller. Couldnt even get threads to start it was so small.

my 2.5s did excellent in the desert, i have no complaints or needs to upgrade to a 3.0

Yea, I will be addressing that limitation sooner than later. @LTDSC How has your relocated rear upper mounts and bypass upgrade been treating you?
I know I need a lot more "UP".

So I recently revised my 3 link rear suspension setup to 4 link with trailing arms. My old lower links (Johnny joints on both sides of each link) could twist almost 90*, so I never came close to binding. The trailing arms I built have a 2 5/8” bushing on one side and a Johnny joint on the other. My question; is it ok that the joints are going to bind durning articulation? Is the give of the bushings enough to protect the joints? Are the joints strong enough that it doesn’t really matter?

Probably will bind. I don't think the whole setup will work. Lucky you, I'm in the market for a non working rear suspension setup. I'll give your tree-fiddy for it.

Looks like they've changed the top hat mounting since I installed mine, but they said it's the same for MT and LT.

Yea my current set up is a 3 year old TC MT, but the more I look at DKs hoop that goes with their kit that I'm buying? I might be better off chopping the TC hoop outta there.

I don't know shit compared to the long time members in this thread, but from what I see of Solo's stuff, that would be a steal. What parts are included?

My top hat had the spacers in between the bucket and the hoop top hat welded on from TC. I will probably end up cutting it off.

Lol, maybe but I'm not that skilled with a cut off wheel, so it will probably get butchered.

You weld the hoop onto the top hat? Is that normal practice for the TC hoop?
