    @testelle,
    We normally make a day of it when getting our Christmas tree. We travel up the NE extension of turnpike to Lehighton. A place called Beisels Christmas tree farm. 1st exit passed the tunnel. The 2 sons and their gals couldn’t make it this year so we just stayed nearby...

    I got tired of Christmas tree farms last century. We’re on our second fake tree. (Sold the first one.) This one even has built in LED lights. Wife likes white lights, I like colored lights. Press of a button.

    Seems things are getting interesting The tech that was out for House arrest( quarantine) came back told another how He got his unemployment ( China Flu) plus $300.00 a week Federal money this must be real easy to spread because now the other one is out.

    For another 2 weeks at least things are slow.

    We may or may not have a deal with certain testing facilities to fasttrack our results. No one gets quarantined unless they show symptoms, and as soon as they do we know results within 48 hours.

    It may seem foolhardy to do it that way, but if we allowed everyone to just take 2 weeks off whenever they might have been exposed, 80% of our workforce would be out.

    When i first started running about 5-6 years ago, i used the couch to 5K program. I was about 230 lbs, so it was no easy task. After i "finished" the program, i ran for a 5K length 3-4 days a week dropped between 40-45 lbs. It was probably the best shape i have ever been. I need to get back on that type of regimen lol, i put about 10-15 lbs of that loss back on.

    I'm working on frequency as well as distance right now. I've gone from couch to 5k in about 2 weeks. Granted I started at 150lbs when my ex left me, now I'm down to 138.

    Had a bit of a sniffle which seems to have hampered progress this week a bit. Was only able to get 2 miles on Monday.

    We got around 9" of snow yesterday here in Pittsburgh. Really tired of clearing the carport, trailer and vehicles off already. This is only the second snowfall of this fall/winter too.

    wow that much? I noticed at my parents house yesterday they had about 5-6" when i left their house. I don't think we got quite that much here, but i'm pretty close to the Armstrong County border.
