I use the relay that comes with the widening harness if one is included.
I have my aux plate mounted using 2 bolts through the plate into the side of the bay that everybody else does. I added a extra lip of metal under my plate that all the relays are mounted on. The bolts that mount everything goes through both of those plates then thread into the truck body.

Sorry, I don't have a pic showing the underside with the relays.

Made a case for mine, only downside is it covers the existing fuse box, so I have to de-cable and move it if I need access to the OEM fuse box. Maybe someday I'll do a top-side/bottom-side, but I don't think I have the vision to pull that off.

Nice set up. Looks like you did a Tap Fuse for power to the fuse block?

Thanks! Negative, I have a 4-gauge cable coming in from Positive battery post (it's going into the circuit breaker.) That is actually just an "Add-a-Fuse" that is going to the USB outlet I added on the left-side console to give juice for my work phone when I have it mounted. I didn't want to tap something else, so I just ran it from the battery.

Did you use a hole saw to allow space for the low voltage disconnect? I did not see a panel on there website that had a cut out like that. I have been looking into this same set up, but was trying to figure out how to integrate that low voltage disconnect.

we can do custom cutting for you with our brackets. I would just need to know the dimensions. also, we are like half the cost lol

I didn't know this. I have a bracket but will need to have a hole cut. I might have to buy another bracket (with a cutout) and sell my old (unused) one.

I'm waiting to hear back from my electrician brother, but I'm pretty sure he used a hole saw, but there is a chance he may have used a large punch. If you decide to go my route, shift the LVD as far back as possible so it doesn't overlap the OEM fuse panel cover. And, be sure to take care with the brake booster wires if you use the OE bracket.

Paranoid bracket is here if interested, but I personally can't confirm fitment with the LVD, breaker, and aux fuse box.

I finally got around to finishing my aux fuse/relay panel. I decided to go a slightly different direction than most and designed my panel around a MTA 16 fuse block and MTA 7 micro relay block. These two blocks are designed to clip together. I cut the panel itself out of a 2mm thick aluminum sign sheet using a jig saw and bent it to shape using a vice and a rubber mallet. The entire panel is protected at the battery with a 100A Blue Sea terminal fuse and then at the panel with a panel mount Blue Sea 100A breaker. These stud covers help keep everything protected and add a nice finished look. I used a Blue Sea buss bar to distribute the power to the 16 fuses which then either go to one of the relays or directly to an accessory via waterproof connectors. For the grounds I added another Blue Sea buss bar next to the battery that ties directly into the negative post on the battery. The button on the left of the panel controls my under-hood light and illuminates when the truck is on. Overall I am very happy with how it turned out. I am currently only utilizing 6 of the fuses and two of the relays but I have plenty of room for future accessories.

I'm excited to finally add to this thread! It's still a work in progress and any input is appreciated. I have more lights coming in so I still have some wire to run to the terminal blocks on the pelican case. Everything will get cleaned up then. I still need to figure out labeling too. What do you guys use for labels?

Has anyone had problems hooking up the Air On Board switches to the Bussman? My installer is having a hell of a time getting them to work...or he is full of shit. Haven’t quite figured out which one.
