    I don't really want to go down this rabbit hole of a topic lol, but needless to say at that age I think it's reflecting more on the parents than the child. I don't judge the choices people make when they get older but I have a real hard time believing a 6 year old knows that that's what they want.

    yeah I've been trying to use the row machine at the gym a lot more lately, I'm pretty winded after 6 or 7 minutes lol. Need to do it more often

    Need to fuck with the clutch in the tacoma. It's not releasing all the way.

    Always better to keep ur fat to allow better muscle synthesis below the layer. (Hence bulking and cutting phases) When ur ready then cut, all it takes it diet restrictions, lil cardio, and time. I'd do what ur planning and get strength back first and foremost. U got ur shit straight don't doubt urself
