    Cole and I slipped in for a couple hours this evening. Saw these two yearlings about 20 minutes before dark. Had fun watching them play then head to the corn. At last light I told him to get some practice (he’s 8). He opened his window and put one in the scope and they never moved.

    He and I have been going quite a bit here lately, trying to get him anything with horns for his second deer. He got a button head last season when he was 7. We thought it was a doe. I enjoy going with him for sure :thumbsup:

    Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
    Spent 9 days in MN and 6 in WI so far. No shots fired yet. But I did find this guy near a road. Must have been clipped by a car. No damage other than he was bleeding from his nose. And yes, I called the DNR and got a possession tag. Might have him mounted. Still weighing my options.20201201_172121.jpg

    I found one in New Mexico two summers ago that wasn’t stiff yet but the hair was slipping so I moved on. Wish I would have gone through the trouble it get a tag for it and keep the fur because it was beautiful and whatever hit it didn’t seem to do any damage to the fur.
