Full contact ice racing suggestions on a GTP

Looking for performance/reliability suggestions for an 02 GTP. I am racing in a circuit track, full contact snow/ice race in January.
Any weak spots i need to protect or reinforce?
Spare parts I need to bring with?
What about common parts failures and weak points throughout whole car.
There are virtually zero restrictions for this race. Going against cars/suvs/pickups/subarus etc.... Last years top 3 were a Minicooper and an 2-S10's

 

Front lower control arms, front wheel bearings are both common and very weak points on those cars. I'd 100% have spares from a junkyard on hand.

Transmissions are a huuuuuuuuge failure point too.

I've replaced one engine on a supercharged model as well, but it was bagged to death.

I would cut the exhaust and turn it down too.

Is there a chance you could grab a more relaible vehicle before the races start ?
Maybe a Corolla or a Camry ? This is a toyota forum lol
I understand the first Toyota trucks that were developed were made by General Motors but we gotta support the team here

 

I already own 3 toyota pickups..... I dont want to trash them!

 

I will box the lower control arms, and have extra hub assembly on hand. Not excited to hear about the trans possible failure. Too much power, heat or hard shifting?

I forgot about the intake manifolds cracking, a spare would be good too.
Also coil packs and wires.

All junkyard of course.
