hmmm.. maybe that's why when I brought mine I asked if they can dial mine in with caster being set at 4deg. He hit the numbers I was expecting to see. Would you happen to know what his name was so I know next time I go?

    I second that!
I've tried to go a bit cheaper a couple times over the years and was disappointed with other places.
If you want it done right, then JC's is the place to go and is my go-to, after lessons learned.

not sure what his name is. I have the lifetime alignment and that’s the only store I use.

I as well have the lifetime. I used to go to the firestone on brookhurst/chapman but they've since closed down. Then I went to the magnolia/ball and had a issue with the manager there, thought he was a know it all and said caster cannot be adjusted and my tech tried and couldn't get it any better than what it is now. I was like, how, I've got it dialed in to 4 before... I didn't want to sit and argue as it was going to get no where so I left that place with a 1.5 deg caster. Booked an appointment with the magnolia/talbert location and got it dialed in at 4deg. Felt like going back and showing that manager the numbers other locations can hit to educate him. Will never go back to that location again.

I also say JC's Alignment. I'm actually going to be taking my rig in there for alignment soon.

Thanks to you guys I called them up and have an appointment booked this Sunday with that tech. Mentioned tech with a lifted Tacoma and they knew who I was talking about haha. Had just went to the one in Lake Forest and got numbers I wasn’t too happy with. Although the tech was willing to get it dialed and even let me watch him working on it, his manager told him to wrap it up cus it was taking too long. I also had to get back to work too anyways.
Really hope I get good results as you guys did with this location/tech!
