    I am trying to change the shifter bushings with new ones I purchased fro Marlin Crawler. How are these fasteners taken out of the inner shifter boot assembly? There are two of these as shown in the picture and two screws in the front.

    The truck is a 2011 5 speed 4 cylinder regular cab 4x4 tacoma.
