Can I use blocks and an add a leaf?

I just purchased a kit from Westcott designs that includes a lift for the front and blocks for the rear. My buddy has an Icon 1.5” add a leaf kit that he never used and said he’d sell it to me. I’ve got a 2017 trd pro that is bone stock with the exception of 285’s and a topper. I do occasionally haul a boat and I am looking at rooftop tents in the future. Would there be any benefits or downfalls to using both the blocks and the AAL kit for the rear?
