I certainly don't need the 6 points anyways. Found some that are similar that are 4 points which look nice other than the way they attach to the battery stud.

Cool, i'll grab them and just cut them. Fit's my way of doing shit anyways haha buy something, massage it to fit my needs...by force haha

I mean, are you out of space somewhere that you have to cut it? I considered that, but then felt like "maybe I'll want more lugs in the future, and would hate to have cut up the $60 part" So I left it. Could have saved 8oz of weight ;)

Nah this if for the DD. So not going crazy but my stock wiring is a bit of a hack from the PO. So I need to replace the alternator wire as it must have broke at one point and has one of those cheap bolt on new battery lug things.

But I also don't have a battery like yours so the terminals likely won't let me fit something that long.

I really just need post for the alternator, starter, fuse box, and SP9100. So should be fine with 4. Surprised they don't make a 4 lug one.

Awesome! It's a good one! Well worth watching. John Smith is one hell of a character.

Thats one show I just never could get into. Even gave it more of a chance than most shows Im not enjoying as I watched all of Season 1 and a few of Season 2. Just moved way to slow and I couldnt stand the main characters.

Huh you might be the only person I've heard who didn't like it. Especially after making it so far.

    But fair enough!

Don't think it helped I read the book a bit before watching the series. The wife and I will usually give a series at least three episodes before deciding if we like it or not. Man in the high castle just worked out since I had to cover a 6pm to 6am shift for a week and it was for one specific job so had some downtime to watch it at work lol.

There's been quite a few "highly rated" shows the wife and I have been pretty meh on.

Ah yeah nothing ever lives up to the book usually.

I try to make it half way through any series or season 1 to get it time. Often the first parts are rougher.

Sometimes you get one though that's best early on and dies after that

I do my best to not compare books to movies/tv. Especially in tv shows when it's based on a single, 200-300 page book.

Basing off the first episode or two is always hard. Like with man in the high castle the first episode was done as a pilot so you know they are going to make sure it looks great to sell they show.

Mini series and British (even European) shows are where it's at. 4-8 episode seasons so not as much filler, just story.

Yup enjoyed Chernobyl. The Hot Zone was another pretty good one. McMillions (about the McDonalds Monopoly rigging) was good in the interesting sense. Cosmos with Neil Degrasse Tyson was good too. The one from a few ears ago. The most recent one I didnt overly care for.

I cut the muffler off of my Tacoma. Dear Lord I knew the 5vz sounded bad, but no muffler it's worse than all the Honda four cylinders put together. It makes a viper v10 not sound shitty. it's basically everything that's wrong with the world all wrapped up in one horrible exhaust note. Toyota outdid themselves with the engineering of this engine it lasts amazing and is easy to work on. But in all configurations but 100% silent it sounds like dog shit

If you're asking, why cut the muffler off if you hate the sound... Well I cut the OEM style one off to.put an even quieter setup on because hearing it at all is torture. It takes the fun out of having a loud exhaust. I really hope the extra flair from the turbo makes it better cause I don't really want a quiet vehicle. Makes me miss the 4 banger

lol I think it's funny you don't like the exhaust. I'm rather fond of it. But then again I have 3.

My single cab is silent though exhaust wise. Kind of boring. But nice at the same time. Same with igor. both stock. Pretty quite. Frank is..well not as you know.

Also rando question. @Speedytech7 the charcol canister on my single cab is so simple. All it has is a port from the tank, purge and then I think it's a drain on the bottom? It just leads down to a hose that is stuck in the frame. Is this thing actually doing anything? I ask because I am going to move it a touch in the bay to make room for my wiring stuff. But was looking at it and thinking that maybe I could just pull it.

And what all do you guys like for a nut sert tool? Im going to grab one.

I finished my mirror light brackets, turned out quite good actually. Just paint now. But looking forward to having those done.

It's giving me a newfound fondness for noise ordinance laws. If I can get it 100% silent I can at least enjoy the truck more. I do miss that 4 banger though, honestly sounded good and the power difference was negligible.

I 100% recommend the Astro Pneumatic one, even comes with some M6 and M8 inserts
    https://www.amazon.com/Astro-Pneuma...dp/B003TODXQW/ref=psdc_15708911_t2_B01CYD2NUU

Yeah the earlier models, 95 and below (like every toyota has that can before 96) use those. You have the line from the tank, the purge valve, and the over pressure relief (which the newer box has too, it's just hidden). But unless you like the smell of fuel when your parked in the sun or after the engine is off, I'd leave it. EVAP system gets pissy without it anyway. Only thing the 95 and below canister is missing compared to the newer and obviously cheaper to make boxes, is a tank pressure sensor.
