I ordered the Maxtrac Spindle lift from Headstrong. When I first messaged Marie, I didn't realize it was her day off. She still took care of me, answering questions, and processing my order in a timely manor. Communication was excellent, service was excellent, and the product was excellent. Not only was Marie knowledgeable in their products, but also was able to answer questions regarding my situation.

I cannot recommend them enough. In today's business world, the customer experience is often an after thought. Not so for Marie and the rest of Headstrong. I'm glad I decided to do business with them. Thank you!

Marie at Headstrong is a patient, knowledgeable, person who will go far above and beyond to deliver the highest form of customer service. She breaks down your questions and goes into great detail to insure that you, the client, are well informed about the systems you are looking to purchase and install into your vehicle. I recommend Headstrong be the capital source of suspension systems for all endeavoring enthusiasts for these reasons, and I see no reason to look elsewhere.

I went through Headstrong and dealt primarily with Marie on my soon to be installed new King/Icon suspension setup. She was very helpful in answering and explaining all the questions I had for her, as well as being very accomodating over the course of my order where I made several changes throughout, and even helped me do an after hours pickup at their shop due to the distance I live from them and my work schedule. Prices seem to be unbeatable as well, I would recommend Headstrong to anyone looking for a helpful and well-priced vendor.

Ordered the Eibach lift through headstrong as well as a Maxtrak block. Although i did not speak with anybody directly the buying process was streamless and the shipping was prompt. Everything was packaged very well and delivered quicker than i expected.

I have nothing but good things to say about @HeadStrong Off-Road and will continue to do business with them.

Ordered an OME kit with 886 front springs, medium Dakar rear springs and Nitro shocks. Everything in stock and received in just a few days, even though I am halfway across the country. The transaction was extremely comfortable, and frankly, I do not know how they ship for free as obviously this stuff is really heavy. Couldn't be happier, thanks everyone at Headstrong.

 

Marie was a great help with my order. I came to her as a complete newbie and of course asked a million questions. She was patient and understanding and I ended up with exactly what I needed, and was not upsold. She was very honest with me and her recommendations.

I ended up getting 5100s all around with OME 2888 springs, HS AAL, and SPC UCAs. I live in Canada so shipping was a bit complicated. With her help, I was able to use a border shuttle service and everything was shipped to North Dakota and then transported across the border. All in, it was cheaper by ~$400 from the cheapest Canadian alternative. The shipment was received in ND in 3 days, total time of 2 weeks from order to my doorstep. Very impressed!

I will post pictures once its warm enough to do the install myself but this was one of the best purchasing experiences I've had.

Glad I found Headstrong on TW. Recently ordered an Icon stage 4 kit and everyone at Headstrong was fabulous to work with. Super fast responses to emails & up front info regarding items not in stock. Shipping was really fast and everything arrived in good shape. Highly recommend & will buy from them again!
