Girlfriend got it done in PA Saturday morning. She definitely put her time in with over a dozen archery sits as well. The amount of deer we saw this year was unreal, knowing the end of her season was nearing she Finally pulled the trigger on this 8 point. We had a good year.

Thanks! Yeah perfect shot at 100yrds with my .270, watched him turn back and run hard for about 100yrds then crash. Love watching them go down like that.

Congrats to a fine deer. It’s still crazy to me how deer can do that. I had one that I shot and it ran 120 yards. When we gutted it, the heart literally fell out.

They are tough, I can't run 120 yards and I'm healthy, I can't imagine doing it being shot

I got to hunt one of my favorite stands this past weekend. It’s not the most “productive”spot on the property. It’s a pain to get to, it’s wet, super buggy, and your views are a little limited. But I love to hunt the swamps and this stand is just that, my swamp stand. No kill this weekend, but still enjoyed the swamp. Saw plenty of doe, spike and a decent 6 I let walk. Also watched an otter play for a bit, dang thing was too quick for pics lol.
