I want to install some led lights in the bed of the taco. What would be the best way to do it my self for some one who is not that well versed in electrical wiring. I would like it to be attached to the rear light above the bed so i don't have to have a new switch added.
Has anyone done this and made it simple ?

This connector is behind the drive's kick panel. It's houses the lime green wire that provides power to the Cargo Lamp. You'd be running a single thin wire from the bed to the cab. It needs to be protected from abrasions and kept from flopping around.
Use this for tapping the wire.
