It fits in the slots on the sides, but not the one in the back.

is the ramp the same size lengthwise as the trailer is width wise? Could've put rings on the upright (either side) and along edge of the trailer and then cylinders on the end of the ramp and you could then go from ramp to gate.

Yes, the ramp is 5'x3', and the trailer is 5' wide. The trailer originally had a drop-in board along the rear, so it has 1 1/4" angle already welded in place. The idea is to use that to hold this ramp, but we found out the bottom piece isn't straight/square, so will require some bending/alteration to hold the gate.

I'm not following the idea of rings/cylinders. Do you have a photo of it?

Big day finishing up loose ends.

This guy showed up to help finish welding the spare tire carrier.

But he really decided I need more photos in this thread, so here we go.

Drilling holes for RTT is a whole lot easier with a big drill.

We also finished the ramp, and I welded it all up ... but no photos of that.

Then masked it and started to painting. Put another coat on the rack, but also painted fenders and everything else.

Seems like it went well. Definitely starting to look legit.

    Still need to:
    Wire everything
    Build power/battery box
    Receive and mount awning
    More wiring
    Mount lights
    Update registration

So there’s more to do, but it’s coming together.

Maybe I missed it, what batteries are you using. Wet cell deep cycle batteries off gas hydrogen when charging. Maybe keep the grill flame aware from battery box?

    Solar, shore, and 7-pin.
Yeah, they do, but it shouldn’t be an issue. I have a small grill vent that will be installed in the rear of the box.
    Me too!

I’ll use the uni-bit to open the holes from the bottom, so we don’t have any bolts sticking down. Safer for my head.
