Since it's not a moped, no. :hattip:

Per Wikipedia: "The word moped was coined by the Swedish journalist Harald Nielsen in 1952, as a portmanteau of the Swedish words motor and pedaler. "

As it's a MOtorized two wheeled vehicle with PEDals, I'll keep calling it a MOPED

Ok fine I was going to call it a moto but moped is a fine exception. Real men pedal

I do not agree. A moped have 50cc engine with speed 31 miles/hour. EMTB Cat1 you have to pedal for you to move and Assistance stop at 20 mile/hour. After a long day of analog bike next day EMTB is my healing bike. Try it and you will love it.

    1) I'm just giving you a hard time. Run what you brung. If you dont have the legs for a pedal bike, and this is what you need to get out on the trial, rock on.

    2) I have tried several of them, it's not really mountain biking anymore, the few I rode shocked me (no pun intended) at how powerful they were. There is no comparison when it comes to climbing, it's a different sport. I'll keep earning my downhills as long as I can.

I’m old and my knees are shot. But it will do about 25 mph. Not your granny’s scooter.
