There is no advantage of running E load for off roading. Load ranges are for carrying weight, not about sidewall thickness.

Thanks. I was all black before on 16” trd pro wheels and I liked it for a long time. Just needed a change. Also those ray 10s in black went crazy fast!

Is cutting the outside fenders really necessary to fit 35’s?

From my experience and reading other’s, if you are about 4” backspacing or more you shouldn’t need to on a 3rd gen.

I didn’t trim the outside fender anywhere except a small section by the door that you can’t even see.

alright, just have read this entire post and a whole lot of other things. I have a really good idea of what needs to happen to clear 35's. My setup 2.5-3 in lift foxt with rr, superbumps and rims are17x7 w/4.5 bs. Im going to run 35x11.5x17. I think I'll be close to frame and rr, but since the tires I'll be running are 1 inch narrower than most on this thread, would this work without spacers to clear frame, rr and spindle gussets (coming soon). Anyone have a similar setup that can chime in?

Most MT tires are built with stronger thicker sidewalls anyways no matter the load range but still offer good pliability. Back in the day load range indicated the # of plys today they are just rated at that ply number so load range is a little less of a factor due to the technology.

    Looks like you're running spacers?

Yes I am, they are 1". Ideally I didn't want to have to go that route but I was given the tires for free and the only way to clear my UCAs was with a spacer or pay a few thousand again for new wheels with a negative offset.

I'm sitting around 25k km now with them with some hard miles and they are holding up well.

Group Question. I have very slight rub on my stock UCAs. At full lock. 6112s both at top clip with a lean spacer. Just noticed a little polish today. Have about 5000 miles on the 28575R16 Cooper AT3 XLTs. Seems to just rub on the top of the knarly side jobs. I stuck a 1/4 inch spacer on today and it fixed it. Removed them and I think I'm gonna live with it till the next tires or wheels
